Company founder and president, Al Tibbs, CPMP, LEED AP, CIEC, CIAQM, CIAQT has 30 years of experience in construction, inspection and environmental issues in both residential and commercial settings and has an extensive resume' in construction, inspection, energy and indoor air quality. Experience that includes building (residential & commercial), construction management, estimating, scheduling, specification design, indoor air quality, building code interpretation, asbestos management, indoor air quality management and construction dispute resolution. Al has performed over 6000 building evaluations and investigations in Greater Cleveland and other Ohio cities, has been a guest/hosted several area radio and television programs and has been featured in area news publications.
